These terms of use apply to the use of the salary calculator Salarii. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service description
Salarii is a free, ad-free salary calculator. The service provides non-binding estimates based on publicly available tax brackets and social security rates. Use is at your own risk.
No tax advice
The calculations provided through Salarii do not constitute tax advice within the meaning of the German Tax Advisory Act (Steuerberatungsgesetz, StBerG). Results are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional tax advice, payroll processing, or financial consulting. Your actual payslip may differ due to individual factors.
No warranty
No warranty is given for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the calculations provided. The tax brackets and contribution rates used are maintained on a best-effort basis and may differ from the rates actually in effect.
Limitation of liability
The operator's liability for damages arising from the use or non-use of the information provided is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This applies in particular to indirect damages, lost profits, and damages arising from the breach of ancillary obligations. Liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as liability for intent and gross negligence, remains unaffected.
Availability
There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability of the service. The operator reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
Governing law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
